Desktop application that displays a control panel from where the user can manage 4 items: slideshows, spots, music, videos. The control panel will display a tab for each item. Description of the 4 items:

1. Slideshows. Display in full screen information stored into a database about houses. From control panel will be set: address of the database, login for database, time for each slide, house displaying order (in the order stored into db or randomly), checkboxes for the items that can be displayed. The items can be: House picture (as background), house location info, house price, house description, agent picture, agent phone number, logo of agent company. Each five (this value can also be set from control panel) minutes the app will display some general info: Weather info, Forecast info, Stock market values, loan interests.

2. Commercial spots. This will allow the user to manage the list of spots that will be played during application running. The slideshow will be paused while the spot will be displayed. Spots will be loaded as video clips into application (avi or mpeg format). Spot will be scheduled at specified times. For each item configure: the file that will be played, the time it is scheduled. Check if two spots are not playing the same time.

3. Music. This will allow the user to build a playlist of music files that will be played during slideshow display. Types of media files that will be played: wav, mp3, wma.

4. Videos. This module will allow the user to manage the list of videos that will be played during the day. This is very similar to the commercial spots item.
